1. What if I am not happy with my purchase? ... If you are unhappy for any reason you may send it back within 30 days for a full refund.

2. I really like my purchase but eight months later something broke or something about its appearance I'm unhappy with?... Send it back! We have a 1-year replacement guarantee if anything happens to your jewelry. We will send you a new replacement at no cost. We want happy customers.

3. The size of the earring or pendant was not what I was expecting.... Sometimes with pictures of jewelry the size can be deceiving. We always include the height and width of each piece. Some we label as small or large to help give a better perspective of the design. Some of our designs we have two sizes. If you are unhappy with the size feel free to send it back for a full refund.

4. Will the antique brass tarnish?...We lacquer the antique brass to prevent tarnishing.

5. Do I have to clean the sterling silver? ... No! we lacquer the sterling silver to prevent tarnishing.

6. Are the earwires or posts good for my ears? ...Yes we use high qualitites findings. We use hypo-allergenic surgical steel earwires or 14kt gold-filled posts for the antique brass and 18kt gold-plated earrings. We use sterling silver earwires or sterling silver posts for the sterling silver earrings. We lacquer the the earwire and posts as well as the piece itself to prevent tarnishing.

8. I like to support artwork made in the USA. ...All of Golden Spiral Jewelry are designed and crafted by artist/jeweler Angela Thibault from Madison, Wisconsin. She designs and crafts them (with a little help from her husband). Some designs are based on historical or cultural motifs. Proudly made in the USA.

9. My friends and I would like to buy some together could we get a volume discount? ... Yes anyone can buy wholesale with a minimum order of $200 & $5.95 postage /handling. Wholesale is 50% of the regular price. A very good savings!

10. Could you do a one of a kind piece for me? ... No sorry, Angela Thibault uses a photo-etching method that makes it too costly.

11. I don't like to wait, will I receive my order promply? ...Yes we try to send out all orders within 3-4 business days.

12. I am thinking of getting something for a gift but I'm not sure what? ... How about a golden Spiral jewelry gift certificate available in different amounts. They can then chose the jewelry they like best. You can also check out "Best small designs" or "artist favorites" section for ideas. If you got one as a gift and they were not happy with it they can always send it back for a full refund or chose another item. We want happy customers.
